1. Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Custom orders (custom colors, sizes, or designs) cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

Unworn and unused

In the original packaging

With all tags and labels intact

2. Return Process

Refund processing may take up to 3-7 business days after the product is received.

Only the product cost is refundable. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos.

Send a replacement item, or

Issue a full refund

5. Exchanges

Exchanges for different sizes or designs are treated as custom orders.

For custom exchange requests, additional processing time may apply.
